If you've spent any time around Tom, you'll understand two things pretty quickly: he asks great questions and he's usually wearing many hats.

As Director of &Gray, Tom's role extends far beyond the title. On any given day, you'll find him prospecting, listing and selling property, running team meetings, overseeing the finance department, working through business strategy with Krystal, and somehow still finding time to answer the phone when a client needs him.

Before real estate, Tom spent almost two decades as an accountant, developing the commercial acumen, attention to detail and problem-solving mindset that continue to shape the way he does business today. While he still loves a good spreadsheet, it's the people side of the industry that keeps him energised.

A lifelong Northsider, Tom believes property is one of the most meaningful investments you can make. He understands that behind every transaction is a family, a goal, a new chapter, or a significant life decision. It's why he approaches every conversation with honesty, curiosity, and a genuine desire to help people move forward.

When he's not leading the business, you'll likely find him juggling the equally important role of dad — squeezing in a Fitstop session if he's lucky, firing up the pizza oven, chasing a surf, or getting a strong latte for whoever arrives first at the office.
